這個表達在教育類話題作文中會很實用，可以替換 improve their score 之類的普通表達。

作文中必須避免重複使用同樣的字，表達“絕不”除了never這個字之外，還有這麼多片語可以替代使用。

聽力閱讀易錯單字表，搞懂這268個字再上考場！

有很多英文單字的長相看起來就像雙胞胎一樣。若擺在閱讀文章中，一時之間搞混，就誤會了原本的語意。如果是寫作，拼錯了單字，不論多一個字母或是順序反了，也會變成是另外一個意思，讓讀者誤會了你原本想說的。

尤其有些單字不僅長的像，連發音也很相似，甚至不同的拼法卻有一樣的發音，所以也常常讓我們在考聽力測驗時摸不著頭緒。

為了讓各位夥伴在考試時少一點捶胸頓足感，特別為大家整理了 268個易錯單字表 ，建議大家一定要收藏並好好背下來，以免考試遇到再拼錯，那就真的沒救了……

雅思大作文常考主題大集合

我們研究了2013~ 2021年所有的雅思大作文真題，總結出來常考的話題分為：

教育、科技、政府、媒體、犯罪、環境、社會

根據分析結果，社會類的主題最多，涉及到人們的衣食住行、找工作等等社會問題。

其次是教育類和科技類，是雅思第二大常考的話題。

政府，媒體，犯罪和環境也是主流話題。

下面我們更近一步來看看，每一類話題又經常考哪些方面呢？

01. 社會類話題

社會類是雅思最常考的話題，範圍非常廣，但是也離不開人們的衣食住行，以及工作生活方式。

These days more fathers stay at home and take care of their children while mothers go out to work. What could be the reasons for this? Do you think it is a positive or a negative development? （生活方式）

–

There is an increasing trend for people to live alone. What is causing this to happen? Will it have a negative or a positive impact on the society? （生活方式）

–

In many countries, people eat a wide variety of food today. As a result, they eat food from other regions than local food. Do you think the advantages of development outweigh disadvantages? （食品問題）

–

In cities and towns all over the world the high volume of traffic is a problem. What are the causes of this and what actions can be taken to solve this problem? （交通問題）

–

People have different job expectations for jobs. Some people prefer to do the same job for the same company, whereas others prefer to change jobs frequently. Write about the advantages and disadvantages of each viewpoint? （工作問題）

–

In some places, money earned from tourism has become an important part of the economy. What are the advantages and disadvantages of relying on tourism as a major source of revenue? （收入問題）

–

Differences between countries become less evident each year. Nowadays, all over the world people share the same fashions, advertising, brands, eating habits and TV channels. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages of this? （服裝問題）

02. 教育類話題

教育類話題圍繞著：教什麼？誰來教？怎麼教？以及學費誰來出？這四大問題

Subjects such as Art, Sport and Music are being dropped from the school curriculum for subjects such as Information Technology. Many people children suffer as a result of these changes. To what extent would you support or reject the idea of moving these subjects from school curriculum? （教什麼？）

Some people think that universities should not provide so much theoretical knowledge but give more practical training throughout their courses. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? （教什麼？）

–

Many people believe that university students should pay tuition fees in full themselves, because they gain education for their own benefit nd not for society. To what extent do you agree or disagree?  （學費誰出）

–

In some countries, many people choose to educate children at home by themselves instead of sending them to school. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages? (誰來教？）

–

It is widely believed that children of different levels of intelligence should be taught together, while others think that more intelligent children should be taught separately. Discuss and present your own opinion. （怎麼教？）

03. 科技類話題

科技類話題圍繞著科技帶給人們生活的優缺點來討論。科技確實給人們帶來便利的生活，但科技的發展往往也伴隨著環境問題和犯罪問題，同時科技尤其是電腦等，也容易讓人們沉迷，從而導致身心問題。

Computer technologies are more accessible and cheaper, and as a result, more adults work at home and children learn at home. Is this a positive or negative development?

–

In the past lectures were the traditional method of teaching large numbers of students. Nowadays new technology is increasingly being used to teach students? Do you think the advantages of the new approach outweigh the disadvantage?

Modern communications mean that it’s no longer necessary to write letters. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Although more and more people read the news on the Internet, newspaper will remain the most important source of news for the majority of people. Do you agree or disagree?
 

04. 政府類話題

政府類話題是雅思常考的話題，因為英國人非常關心政府的財政收入花費去了哪裡，所以寫作題目會圍繞著政府應該有限投資什麼領域來展開。例如政府應該先投資基礎設施，比如醫療或教育？還是應該投資藝術比如建設博物館等等。還有政府是否應該投資外太空？應不應該説明其他欠發達地區？以上這些都是雅思的常考話題。

Governments should only use their spending on public services and not waste money on the arts (E.g. music and painting). To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is impossible to help all people in the world, so governments should focus on people in their own countries. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Space exploration requires vast sums of money. Some people think the amount of money spent on space research is justifiable? Do you agree or disagree?

05. 犯罪類話題

犯罪類話題主要是圍繞著犯罪的原因和解決方案來出題的。犯罪的原因會討論：先天的原因還是後天的環境導致人們犯罪，而解決方案會圍繞應該通過監獄還是通過教育來解決問題。除此之外，英國的青少年犯罪率高也是一個社會問題，所以對於青少年犯罪的原因和解決方案也是雅思的常考話題。

Some people think most crimes are the result of circumstances like poverty and other social problems. Others believe that they are caused by people who are bad in nature. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Prison is the common way in most countries to solve the problem of crime. A more effective solution is to provide people a better education. Do you agree or disagree?

In recent years, there has been a considerable rise in crimes committed by young people in cities. What has caused this? What solutions can you suggest?

06. 環境類話題

環境類話題圍繞著如何解決環境問題出題的，誰應該負責解決環境問題？個人來解決還是大公司或政府來解決？以及到底是應該先解決環境問題還是我們自己的問題？

Some people think that there are things individuals can do to help prevent global climate change. Others believe that action by individuals is useless and irrelevant and that it is only governments and large businesses which can make a difference. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

–

There are many extinct animals’ species in the world nowadays. Some people say we should protect these animals from dying out, while others say we should concentrate more on problems of human beings. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

–

The international community must act immediately to ensure that all countries reduce the consumption of fossil fuels (eg: gas and oil). To what extent do you agree or disagree?

07. 媒體類話題

媒體類話題主要是圍繞著廣告出題的，廣告的優缺點是最常考的話題。以及什麼廣告應該被禁止，比如針對兒童的廣告或煙酒廣告？

We are surrounded by all kinds of advertising, which significantly influence our lives. Do the positive effects of advertising outweigh its negative effects?

上面全部都是雅思經常考的話題，只要你準備好這些話題，代表你已經準備好 60%的大作文題目，因為很多題目都是這些題的原題或者變形。

因此在備考的階段，如果把這些題目的思路、論點和論據整理出來，還可以用到更多的題目裡，如此一來，80%的題目都被能被你搞定。

我們研究了2013~ 2021年所有的雅思大作文真題，總結出來常考的話題分為：

教育、科技、政府、媒體、犯罪、環境、社會

根據分析結果，社會類的主題最多，涉及到人們的衣食住行、找工作等等社會問題。

其次是教育類和科技類，是雅思第二大常考的話題。

政府，媒體，犯罪和環境也是主流話題。

下面我們更近一步來看看，每一類話題又經常考哪些方面呢？

01. 社會類話題

社會類是雅思最常考的話題，範圍非常廣，但是也離不開人們的衣食住行，以及工作生活方式。

如果你輕易相信了Google翻譯 out to lunch，真的會害你沒朋友！友誼的小船說翻就翻。
